Dr. Bisma Sohail - General Dentist
Dr. Bisma Sohail is a native New Yorker and has honed her experience and skill in all aspects of General and Cosmetic Dentistry over the past 10 years.
She was educated in NYC at Stuyvesant High School and attended New York University for her undergraduate degree. For her Doctorate of Dental Medicine, she graduated magna cum laude from Boston Univeristy Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Sohail followed with a General Practice Residency in the highly competitive program at Newark Beth Israel Hospital in 2009.
Dr. Sohail believes in listening to her patient’s concerns and treating them in the gentlest way possible. She offers the most technologically advanced treatments for maximum comfort and personalized care. She wants you to have the best experience when you visit and can't wait to meet you!
Dr. Sohail chose dentistry because of her passion for both science and art. She has a friendly and caring personality and loves to cook, paint and try new foods with her husband and friends
Dr. Michelle Katz - Orthodontist
Dr. Michelle Katz completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at New York University College of Dentistry. At NYU, Dr. Katz participated in two outreach programs to Nicaragua to provide dental healthcare to a community lacking the proper resources to receive dental care. Dr. Katz attended Montefiore Medical Center and completed a one-year general practice residency. Dr. Katz pursued her specialty training in Orthodontics at Jacksonville University. Dr. Katz ‘s affiliations include the American Association of Orthodontics and American Dental Association. Dr. Katz resides in New York City with her husband Jeffrey, a practicing dentist she met while at NYU.
Dr. Amy Lustbader - Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Amy Lustbader grew up in Central Jersey and then attended Lafayette in Easton, PA where she majored in Behavioral Neuroscience. After college she moved to NYC and attended New York University College of Dentistry where she received her Doctoral Degree. Following graduation, Dr. Lustbader did a general practice residency (GPR) at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey. She then received her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Her training included operating room dentistry, sedation and treating special needs patients. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), the American Dental Association (ADA), New York State Dental Association (NYSDA), and her local Manhattan chapter. Dr. Lustbader's #1 goal is to provide her patients with the highest quality pediatric dental care in a comfortable, warm and caring environment. She is dedicated to keep her patients free of dental disease by creating a lifetime of positive dental habits. She looks forward to meeting all her patients and their families.
Dr. Marcello Guglielmi - Oral Surgeon
Dr. Marcello Guglielmi is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with extensive training and expertise in surgical and non-surgical facial care. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Rochester and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Guglielmi went on to complete a prestigious fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology Surgery at the University of Tennessee in 2017.
Dr. Guglielmi is known for his precision, patient-centered approach, and commitment to clinical excellence. He engages each patient in thoughtful consultation, combining detailed evaluation with a personalized treatment plan designed to achieve optimal results and comfort. His skillset ensures the highest quality care with an emphasis on minimal intervention and safe, effective sedation options.
His services include dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, TMJ therapy, facial cosmetic procedures, treatment of oral cancers, and management of facial injuries. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Guglielmi is also a published author in several scientific journals, reflecting his ongoing commitment to advancing the field of oral surgery.

Sarah Saunders, DMD
Dr. Sarah Saunders earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Montreal in 2014, followed by a general practice residency at CHUM – Notre-Dame Hospital. She holds an active New York State dental license and has been practicing in both Montreal and New York City, offering over a decade of experience in general and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Saunders is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on aesthetics and minimally invasive techniques. She is trained in a wide range of procedures, including fillings, crowns, veneers, Invisalign and root canals. Known for her warm demeanor and thoughtful approach, Dr. Saunders builds strong relationships with her patients and is committed to helping each person feel comfortable and confident in their care.
She is fluent in both English and French and is continually expanding her clinical skills, with a growing interest in biomimetic dentistry.
Outside of the office, Dr. Saunders enjoys Pilates, skiing, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Originally from Montreal, she now lives in New York City.
Emanuel Kand, DDS
Dr. Emanuel Kand is dedicated to delivering exceptional dentistry with a gentle and personalized touch. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in Biology from St. John’s University before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the renowned New York University College of Dentistry. Following dental school, he completed his residency at Coney Island Hospital, advanced training in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, implantology, emergency dental treatment, and root canal therapy.
Known for his gentle manner and virtually painless injection techniques, Dr. Kand takes pride in creating a comfortable, stress-free experience for every patient. He is especially skilled in caring for patients with dental anxiety and believes every dental visit should be seamless, compassionate, and centered around the patient’s unique needs. His mission is simple: to treat every patient as if they were family — with kindness, respect, and the highest level of care.
Passionate about staying at the forefront of modern dentistry, Dr. Kand is constantly learning, attending conferences, and collaborating with leading experts to provide his patients with the very best. Beyond the dental chair, he enjoys reading, diving into podcasts, working out, and finding inspiration in music or peaceful walks in nature. But what brings him the greatest joy is spending quality time with his family — whether that’s sharing laughter together or exploring new and delicious foods.

Dr. Teju Bhartati
Dr. Teju Bharati earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the New York University College of Dentistry in 2010. She is a dedicated and accomplished dental professional with extensive experience in clinical care, education, and leadership.
Throughout her career, Dr. Bharati has served as an Attending Dentist in the Residency Program at BronxCare Hospital and as a Clinical Faculty member at NYU College of Dentistry, where she helped train and mentor future generations of dental professionals. In recognition of her leadership potential and commitment to excellence, she was selected for the prestigious Guiding Leaders Dentist Program by Glidewell Laboratories in Irvine, California, in 2024.
Committed to lifelong learning and clinical excellence, Dr. Bharati regularly pursues advanced continuing education to provide her patients with the latest evidence-based treatment options. She has completed advanced training in laser dentistry and is certified in laser applications for dental care. Her continuing education also includes coursework and hands-on training in CEREC technology, digital dentistry, dental adhesion, and biomimetic dentistry, with a focus on preserving natural tooth structure and delivering long-lasting, minimally invasive restorative solutions.
Dr. Bharati is passionate about combining advanced technology with a personalized approach to help patients achieve optimal oral health and beautiful, natural-looking smiles.
Outside of the office, Dr. Bharati lives in New York City’s West Village with her husband and their new baby boy. She enjoys skiing, playing tennis, swimming, and traveling, and values spending quality time with family while exploring new destinations and experiences.
